Central Park Apartments will sell as a separate apartment! We designed it primarily for two, but thanks to the sofa bed, it can easily be transformed into a place where 4 people can comfortably live or sleep. It is located right next to the Great Lužánky Park and is only 1 km from Freedom Square.

It is hidden inside a quiet courtyard , where you will have complete peace for your sleep!

In the bedroom, you will find a double bed with storage space in the built-in wardrobe for storing clothes or accessories, or your luggage.

The heart of the room is then the main room with a kitchenette, a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV with prepaid Netflix . If you get hungry, there are plenty of great restaurants in the area, and if you don't feel like going anywhere, you can comfortably cook in the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and conventional oven, hotplate, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.

The apartment also includes a washing machine with everything you need for washing , including complete ironing equipment , for maximum cleanliness of your clothes.

Exterior

The apartment has a private large terrace where you can relax comfortably. We equipped it with a large dining table with chairs and armchairs with various blankets and a bench for sitting.
